Important Academic Information
by Venita Doughty - Wednesday, 26 September 2007, 02:18 PM

Student and class data is semi-manually transferred from CARS to Moodle. If your class list is different on Moodle than on CARSWeb, CARSWeb is correct. If you do not have your CARSWeb username and password, please contact the Help Desk.

Not every class has a Moodle site. If you are registered for a class and no Moodle site is listed it may be because the professor has not created one. If someone tells you there is a Moodle site for your class, and you don't have a link to it, please contact the Help Desk.

We have no automated way to remove students from Moodle sites after they drop a class. Please contact the Help Desk if you want a link to a Moodle site removed for a class for which you are not registered.

If you update your email address in Moodle, it still needs to be updated in CARS.

Please Read Before Accessing Moodle!!
by Gerrie Welch - Friday, 9 September 2005, 11:39 AM

Hello Everyone!!

Welcome to the Fall Semester on our beautiful new campus!!

Just a few reminders.

1 When accessing your class(es) via Moodle, be sure to first login. Login links are located at the top right side and the bottom center of the Moodle Home Page screen.

If you are not logged in properly, you will receive an error message when attempting to access classes.

2 - If you have not been in Moodle before, you must activate your account. Go to:

http://activate.densem.edu

And follow the directions. You will need the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, your birthdate and your student ID#.

If you experience difficulties with either of the above processes, please contact the help desk at 303-762-6983 or email: helpdesk@denverseminary.edu.

Thanks,

Gerrie Welch
